Delivery Policy

At The Great Success Club we understand that when you order an item it’s understood that you receive it as soon as it is humanly possible!

Books: your book(s) will be shipped within 24 hours of the processing of your payment. If there is an issue with delivery due to an out-of-stock item, you will be notified in this time and provided a reasonable timeframe for delivery. We do our outmost to ensure that we are never caught without books in hand for our clients. Standard shipping rates apply in Canada and the United States. If you reside outside Canada or the United States and would like to purchase a book, please contact us at support@davidjgardner.com and request a shipping quote.

Resume Builder: Standard resume service takes from 4-7 days, largely dependent upon the ability of a client to return relevant information for the building process. For example, David can process a final resume and/or cover letter in 4 days, but if a client takes several days to reply with information vital to its construction, delays may occur. Clear expectations of client communication are supplied at acceptance.

Presentations: Full details of fulfillment are available in contract form when David is booked for a speaking engagement.
